1. Introduction

Latsolia is a browser-based platform for TIU SKD CPNS practice questions and TryOut simulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our service.

This policy applies to all pages and features of Latsolia. We process personal data with reference to Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations.

2. Data We Collect

Latsolia has an account system for storing sessions, progress, history, and learning-access status. When you register or sign in, we process account data such as your name, email address, required credentials, and authentication cookies. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides the account identity needed to create or link your Latsolia account. The data we process includes:

• Account, authentication, session, learning-progress, attempt, and access-status data stored when you use account features.
• Data you voluntarily send when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details, or the content of your question.
• Basic technical data from server logs, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security and aggregate statistics.

You can view the catalogue without an account, but an account is required to start sessions, save progress, and view history. If you choose to contact us, you decide what data you send.

If paid features become available later, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or account credentials.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data we process to:

• Operate and secure the service.
• Answer your questions and support requests.
• Produce aggregate statistics about how the service is used.
• Improve and develop the quality of the product.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

We do not use aggregate statistics to identify you personally.

4. Legal Basis

We process personal data based on your consent and legitimate operational needs, in line with Law No. 27/2022. You give consent when you contact us or use the service.

You may withdraw that consent at any time through the contact channels at the bottom of this page.

Legitimate operational needs include keeping the service secure, stable, and working as intended.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies needed for the site to work, including Better Auth session cookies to keep you signed in and preserve your practice session. Google Sign-In may use Google cookies and processing as part of Google's authentication flow. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies today.

If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and show an appropriate notice.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If required cookies are disabled, some parts of the site may not work properly.

6. Sharing Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data in the following situations:

• With Cloudflare as our hosting, network, and D1 database provider, and other technical providers that help us run the service, only as far as needed.
• With authorities, when required by law or a valid order.

We also do not share your personal data for third-party marketing.

7. Storage and Retention

We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Once it is no longer needed, the data is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period in line with our security and operational needs.

8. Your Rights

Under Law No. 27/2022, you have the right to:

1. Receive information about and access the personal data we process.
2. Request an update or correction of inaccurate data.
3. Request the deletion of your personal data.
4. Restrict or withdraw your consent to data processing.
5. Request a copy of your personal data in a readable format.
6. Object to certain processing activities.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access limits and server safeguards. However, no system is completely safe. We cannot guarantee absolute security for the data you send.

Access to data is limited to those who genuinely need it to run the service.

10. Children

This service is intended for users who are able to enter into a valid agreement under Indonesian law.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always shown on this page together with its updated date. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Each update takes effect from the date shown on this page.
